    • Today I drank about 75 oz of water.
  • Breakfast
    • Bowl of oatmeal with soy milk on top
    • Banana
    • Nectarine
  • Snack
    • 2 pieces of toast
  • Dinner
    • 2 falafel pitas (recipe)
    • Side of spinach polenta thingy
  • Dessert
    • Plum tort

Output:

  • My workout today was about 51 minutes long.
  • 2 mile run (treadmill)
  • .25 mile walk (treadmill)
  • 4 x 10 pectoral fly
  • 6 x 10 hip abductions
  • 100 crunches

Feeling

My work out was somewhat difficult today. I just wasn’t “feeling it” and had to really push myself to the 2 mile mark. It felt good to get there though. I walked less today because walking is becoming boring. I enjoy the jogging!

Other notes

I feel really good about working out, but I feel like I need to start doing some major portion control. The things I’m eating aren’t unhealthy, I just feel like I’m eating too much. I’ve always been a fatass though, so it’s hard to keep myself under control while eating.
